Architecture
Architecture is an art that works hand in hand with science to design places where people can live, eat, work and play. As a leader of projects, our role is to bring together the creative ideas and visions of the client and keep in mind the needs of those that will be using the new space. We provide our clients a total development management including Land Use/Planning, Entitlements, Expediting, CUP(Conditional Use Permits).
Schematic Design
& Feasibility
Once the requirements of the project are determined, We provide a preliminary evaluation of the program, schedule and construction budget developed in the pre-design phase.
Design
Development
In this phase, we will translate the design of a project from the realm of ideas to physical form. We evaluate how systems, material selection, preliminary structure, and detailing.
Construction Documentation
During this phase, we will interface with consultants ensuring a complete coordinated set for construction. We prepares construction drawings suitable for permit submittal.
Permit
Process
After receiving planning approval, We work with building department carefully for adherence to the building code, including review of any structural, electrical and mechanical modifications.
